Side Table „Touch of Copper”

For over a year, design auctions have been a permanent feature of the Polish market. Four specialist auctions, primarily of Polish design, brought as much as 820,000 zlotys in turnover. The growth in the auction market for decorative art is a fact. In 2020 over 2,500 objects were auctioned for a total value of almost 10 million zlotys. The record was held by the Rempex Auction House, where a set of furniture in bronze and cast crystal by Bronisław Krzysztof from 2009 was sold for 68,440 zlotys (with the auction premium). Sebastian Adamiec combines many noble materials in his works. In his designs, however, he remains faithful to wood, to which he most often gives rounded shapes. The artist's signature has become his characteristic, unique benches, whose form refers to the tradition of world design. His design objects are in many private collections in Europe.
